ToolOrbit AI Terms of Service

1. Services and scope

ToolOrbit AI provides prompt assistance, image generation, reference image processing, generation history, and Credit and plan management. Available models, settings, allowances and features are those shown on the product pages and before you submit a task.

Some capabilities depend on third-party AI models, cloud services, authentication and email services. Their availability, processing times and content rules may affect generation results.

2. Account registration and security

• Provide a valid email address that you control and keep your password and verification codes secure.
• When signing in with Google, you authorize us to use the verified email address and basic profile returned by Google to sign you in or link your account.
• Do not transfer or rent your account, or abuse complimentary Credits through mass registration, automated scripts or other methods.
• If you discover unauthorized account use, promptly change your password and contact us.

3. Credits, plans and billing

• Credit costs vary by model and are displayed before submission. Successful generation is charged for actual usable results. Service failures or tasks that return no usable result are not charged.
• Plans are purchased once for the selected period. Each period lasts 30 days and does not renew automatically. Plan Credits are valid only within that period and do not roll over. Top-up Credits remain valid unless applicable law or an explicit statement before purchase provides otherwise.
• Prices, credited amounts, period start and end times, and expiry rules are shown before purchase. Review them before confirming payment. Activated plans cannot be cancelled through self-service. Unused Credits are not automatically converted to cash or refunded.
• For duplicate charges, successful payments without the corresponding Credits or plan, or services that cannot be delivered, submit your order and supporting evidence for review. We will verify transaction and service records and handle refunds according to applicable law and the circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• When paid features become generally available, order lookup, support channels and key purchase rules will appear on the payment confirmation page. Complimentary Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for currency.

4. Content standards and prohibited categories

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your input, but must ensure that prompts, reference images and generated results comply with applicable law and these terms. The following content must not be generated, uploaded, shared or used to guide generation:

• Pornographic or NSFW content, including explicit sexual activity, sexual services, sexual exploitation and nudity intended for sexual stimulation.
• Violence, gore, abuse, dismemberment, terror-related harm or encouragement of real-world harm.
• Hateful, dehumanizing or violent content based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics.
• Unsafe content involving children, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized minors or sexual exploitation.
• Non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation of real people, misleading synthetic identities, or content used for fraud, defamation or other harm.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including generating, editing, sharing or facilitating the sharing of intimate images, nudity or sexual content without the person's consent. This applies whether the material is real, public, private or synthetic.
• Infringements of copyright, trademarks, likeness, privacy or other intellectual property rights, including unauthorized reproduction of protected works or brand identifiers.

Do not upload images, likenesses, trademarks or other materials that you are not authorized to use.

5. Content review and enforcement

Before generation, the system sanitizes prompts and related text and checks them against safety rules. Where necessary, reference images, model outputs and human review signals may also be used to assess risk. Prompt sanitization does not guarantee the safety of all content or third-party outputs. You remain responsible for your input and use of results.

We may refuse generation, block or modify high-risk prompts, restrict model or Credit use, hide or remove violating content, suspend or close accounts, and retain necessary records or cooperate with investigations when required by law or to protect users. We do not assist in generating or distributing clearly illegal content or child sexual abuse material.

To report suspected violations, infringement or safety issues, email luowj1998@gmail.com with the page, task or order identifier, issue type and supporting evidence. We will complete an initial review and provide a response or progress update within 3 business days of receiving the report. For complex cases, we will explain the reason and next steps within that period.

6. Models and third-party services

The workspace displays available models and their vendors. Currently listed image models include:

• OpenAI: GPT Image 2, GPT Image 2.5 and GPT Image 2 Pro.
• xAI: Grok Imagine, Grok Imagine 2.0 and Grok Imagine Lite.
• Zhipu: GLM.
• Alibaba (Qwen): Qwen Image 2.1 and Qwen Image 3.0 Pro.
• ByteDance: Seedream 5.0.

Actual model availability, versions, regions and settings are those shown in the workspace when you submit a task. Some models are provided through third-party websites or APIs. Prompts, reference images and generation settings are sent to the relevant provider as described in the Privacy Policy. Providers may change model availability or processing rules.

7. Generated content and commercial use

AI outputs are uncertain and may contain errors, similarities, defects or results that do not meet your expectations. Before publication or commercial use, review factual accuracy, ownership, industry requirements and applicable law.

Commercial use is subject to the selected plan, model provider rules and information displayed at generation time. We do not guarantee exclusivity or that outputs can be registered as trademarks, copyrighted works or other intellectual property.

8. Service changes, interruptions and liability

We may change the service for maintenance, security, model provider changes or legal requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completely accurate outputs or suitability for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for losses caused by force majeure, third-party service failures, user actions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control is determined under applicable law.

9. Updates to these terms

When service features, processing practices or legal requirements change materially, we will update these terms and provide notice through product pages or other reasonable channels. Material changes will not retroactively reduce rights you have already lawfully acquired.
